How do you rebuild your sense of self and happiness after exiting an emotionally abusive relationship?
Connect with your friends, take up hobbies that make you happy, talk to people who support you and if you're still not sure, try asking them about what they think are good qualities in you. Once you figure that out, try to embrace those parts of you and look for more things to admire about yourself. It won't go into arrogance, if you're worried about being seen as such. This is your time to see yourself and embrace yourself because you deserve it.
