I heard meditation helps to focus in work. How do i meditate?

pic related but increase the interval over time from 10 minutes up to as much as you feel comfortable doing. The image looks very reddit but it's a good summary of the basic buddhist meditation. I think it' called samatha, there isn't much religion in this one it's for clearing your mind, calming emotions and improving concentration. The buddhists do it in preparation for the next level of meditation ( vipassana). Vipassana has more religious stuff tied to so no need for that one if you don't want to get into buddhism. And they only do vipassana after they've gotten really good at the first one anyways.

It works but you have to do it every day and it takes time to take effect. Don't expect massive improvement in few days, more like couple months. For me it helps when the room is warm and i light a candle in front of me and look at the flame.

Sit down and breathe. thats all mediation is. Breathe. Focus on your breathing and ignore everything else
