Anyone have anxiety here? How serious the anxiety should be

Right now I have no extreme anxiety but I feel I have some, a bit that bothers me

Im assuming you dont have them prescribed?
I take 5-10mg daily and i buy like 100 at a time. Im basically a walking xanax but its better than anxiety, and better than everyone telling me i have "nervous energy" all the time.
Tldr it should be as "serious" as you want it to be. If you take it every day you're abusing it, you're gonna get a tolerance, and if you cant accept that then dont take it. If you feel like you have to justify it then you probably cant

if you have to ask which symptoms justify it..you don't have them. And you dont have to because its your body and you can abuse whatever you want to..but yeah

I deal with anxiety issues myself. I'm taking celexa though. Thing is though you really don't know how much pills can help because they don't really fix it. Guess we all have to figure out how to attack it at multiple fronts.
