How do I be more confident in speaking to other humans? I feel

I am a 20 year old male.

Go to a speech therapy

Well for a start you need to keep practising as you will get better over time.

Learn from people whose speech you like, mimic certain aspects that you like.

Think about your posture and how you project your voice too. Standing upright and projecting your voice from your lungs is a good way to make it sound 'fuller' but not really louder. I think you have to do this to sing- making your voice louder without shouting.

Talk more and practice speeches by yourself and to peers. Try to speak louder. For stutter see therapist.

Read out loud to yourself can help quite a bit. I went to radio school and we did so much of that that it just became second nature to speak quite boldly.

I'm not super confident either, and I still struggle with lowering my frame when I'm feeling kind of self conscious
