How do I stop sniffing constantly? I'm 25 and about a year

Personally i had this problem so i shaved my nose hairs and everything was better

Sometimes if I have an abundance of nose hair in my nose that I haven't trimmed it can feel like there's stuff in my nose. See how bad your nose hair situation is. There's a very popular Panasonic ER-GN30 on Amazon that works really well to clear to nose hair it's cheap, I've used it a lot. Use good lighting and a mirror to help. You could also use scissors for a closer job, but at the cost of spending a bit more time.

That's really strange usually the person who can't stop sniffing doesn't know they are doing it.

If you're going to go with scissors, spend the extra buck and get the Italian made tweezerman brand, the cheap ones really suck, they will pull your hairs.

Once I stopped snorting coke that problem went away. Good luck.

I'm very aware of it. It definitely feels like there's something in my nose or that its dripping, but there doesn't seem to be anything in there really.
