Some mattresses have removable cover. Check if your does and wash that.
If it doesn't, blot the stain with unscented household ammonia. Do not drench the mattress. After 5 minutes wipe it. Then put your mattress outside to dry. Baking soda to avoid the smell of ammonia. Do this with windows open.
For the future, buy a washable cover with waterproof layer.
