There was this girl I had been talking to, but we haven't said a word to one another in the last fortnight (she never replied to a message and neither of us have reinitiated conversation), however this weekend it's a mutual friend's birthday and we'll both be out for it.
So do I message beforehand and strike up some conversation, or do I just wait til the night and see what happens?
