There is no painless way, the pain is specifically designed to prevent suicide.

Get a rope from a hardware store and hang yourself from a tree branch. It won't be pleasant but it will work. If you can't handle that you aren't prepared to off yourself.

i might end up going with that option. i know a guy who got "saved" while he was hanging himself, but because his brain went without oxygen no he's stephen hawking-status. apparently he used his little talking machine to just say "let me die" over and over again before refusing to use it

Sounds like you're spending too much time thinking and not enough time doing. Go do something difficult, the exertion will get you high.
