hey so I'm 18, I've smoked a total of fourteen cigarettes in my entire life and I've quit cigs altogether but I vape a good amount and I was wondering if I should be increasingly worried about my health from this point forward. Thanks.

I once used vape to stop my cigarette habit, but its good for some things but in total no. The propylene glycol(pg) works of something like a medicine, in low dosage it can be good for your health, in high use of the substance it can cause problems towards your health. Honestly from a ex vaper/smoker neither is a good choice.

thanks, I appreciate it. any suggestions on how to kind of reverse the effects?

>Reverse the effects
Of what the vape or the cigarettes? The vape will clean quickly from your system, while you have only smoked 14 cigarettes you should be fine. Smokers and heavy smokers alike can actually get some of the tar cleaned from their lungs and bronchial tubes inside their lungs using the vape. But this does not mean smoke a cigarette, then clean it out with the PG, and repeat, it doesn't work that way.

yeah I understand that, I don't ever intend to smoke cigs ever again so I'm sure I'll be fine on that part. I just had one of those existential health crisis and got scared shitless so thanks for the enlightenment. necessarily all I want is to kind of reverse or like nullify the effects of those fourteen cigs so that it doesn't have a monumental impact on my future health.

You have to smoke beyond about 1000-2000 cigs before adverse health on your lungs become apparent. If its only 14 it wont effect your life any.
