How do I stop violently shivering and spasming before fooling

Maybe have a few drinks first? Once you get more comfortable with sex the anxiety will fade.

i'm not expert but i would personally try to spend a bunch more time naked with someone else. not having sex necessarily, but getting so comfortable around them i can just be naked all the time.

i think being really excited is a much easier emotion to identify - particularly because you would actually feel good. negative emotions are harder, because sometimes you just feel empty.

OP i would definitely talk to a doctor about it. not that i think it's physical, but because they can direct you to a psych or w/e to talk to. they will be able to tell you if it is anything serious, or if you're just extremely nervous and just need to get past it.
