I get this every time I take my multi-vitamin without food. Usually followed by a cold-sweat, nausea, and a burning sensation.

When I start having heart problems, usually the spinning sets in, then I get an overwhelming "vomiting" sensation, I can feel all my veins strain, and my entire body aches and tingles.

I should probably go to a doctor sometime.
