You not accomplishing anything (and external factors like shitty parenting and surrounding) lead to it.

Basically start doing shit, you're going to fail at some, do decent at others and slowly raise your self-esteem, fixing the other problems at the same time.

First of all, talk to your school counselor. They can get you help and also help you manage schoolwork. You can also go to a psychologist or psychiatrist, if you can, and they can help you more, but they have no jurisdiction over schoolwork, so use them in conjunction.

Trust me on this, I flunked out of college because of depression and other mental problems, and if I'd just gotten help it would've been fine.

Well, start here and find stuff you want to do. Nobody can do the self-reflection part for you.

Given how you're unhappy with your current situation, changing it sounds like a solid initial motivation ... if that's not enough, your situation doesn't suck badly enough yet.
