I have been constantly feeling nauseous and like I am about to vomit during the last month. I am pretty sure that I haven't eaten anything bad. What do I do?

A 20 year old male viking who hasn't traveled within the last few years. The only sickness, and I am not sure if I may call it mayor, is pneumonia which I got a few years back.

The first thing that I noticed pretty recently before was that I got nauseous when exercising. It went away after a few months.

Right before this I only felt a bit like I was about to vomit. The symptom wasn't to noticeable, but it got worse as the time went. Apart from this I have been having a reoccuring problem with tonsil stones, but I am not sure if it is related.

I have been pretty stressed lately because of exams and such.

do you have:
sweating, trembling, fast heartbeat, restlessness, difficulty sleeping?
>>

Sounds like chronic stress. If you're taking any stimulants that's only going to make it worse. Try relaxation techniques like deep breathing or guided meditation. Learning to relax your body and breathe slowly with your diaphragm at all times can really help with the physiological and psychological effects of stress. Paced breathing apps can help you train yourself to do this.

Sweating: Not more than usual.

Trembling: Nope.

Fast heartbeat: I don't really know when you may call it fast or not, but I am going to say... no.

I do have some sleeping problems. I sometimes wake up several times during one night and I am too often tired.

1. could be stress (read about the effects of an overactive sympathatic nervous system)
2. if you lost weight and feel warm often theoretically could be hyperthyreodism (less likely)
3. tonsil stones could theoretically be related

Thanks for the help. I think that I need to find a way to relax more often.
