You can tell her, talk to her about it and see how she feels. It's weird but not a terrible thing. However if you have a bad relationship with your mother and or if the traits your gf is sharing are negative qualities, I wouldn't share it.
As a warning though: I dated a guy who was so much like my father that I was in shock when I realized it. Honestly they are practically long lost brothers. Things went terribly. Even though I love my father, he is not meant to be a lover.
