What are the chances that a traditional plastic surgeon would be down for doing an unusual/unconventional operation? Are there any laws concerning that?
I'm planning to have both of my breasts removed since I'm not using them.

I'm no doctor but I have heard of that operation being done without much fuss. However, I think you MIGHT have to convince the surgeon that you are in a healthy state of mind and that you aren't making a rash choice that you will regret much like when you request to have you tubes tied. Don't hold my word for it though, but i can't imagine it being TOO much of a problem
Also FYI it's called a mastectomy

There's no problem getting a mastectomy, it's just expensive.
t. ftm who's going to get them chopped off the same way.
hey guys not OP but I have a similar question, do you think I would be able to convince a surgeon who specializes in gastric bypass to enlarge my stomach instead of shrinking it?

as a transfat activist I would be triggered if a surgeon didn't allow you to fill your true phantom fat form
