Get some baby powder and use it liberally after showering well and before doing anything strenuous. It's pretty common, especially for men who work outdoors a lot or just have hairy asses or sweat a lot like you do. I used to chaff a lot when I worked outdoors for 5-6 days straight when I was working outside jobs so I just started doing that. It helped with the chaffing and with keeping my ass from sweating so much.
