Fantasies function the same way as porn and put you in a trance long enough for you to shut out your sexual shame and get yourself off.

When you're with another person you can't enter that trance, and you shouldn't have to. Two people can just be aroused and have sex with each other without any need to disappear into their imaginations.

You have sexual shame issues. It's not uncommon. If you were a guy you'd be unable to maintain an erection or you'd have premature ejaculation.

Maybe you could try getting to know guys better before having sex, make sure they understand your issues and are willing to work with you... But not a guy who really wants to make you orgasm, because that'll just put pressure on you to perform.

You need to just keep on living till you finally make a connection with someone, just keep going on dates and speaking to people you dont need to have sex with everyone, but even if people call you a slut it really does not mean anything just find you way in the world.
