Don't bother, it's nowhere near thick enough to pull it off.
It's not hopeless though, facial hair develops until your 25th or something. I'm 24 now and I can grow a somewhat proper beard, but I couldn't do that back when I was 20 (it was way better than yours, though).

Bottom line try again in a year or two.
