How does one build willpower, so he can finally be satisfied with himself?

Just do it!

everyone will give you different answers cuz there is no real answer. if it was the same as gaining muscle, we'd all know how to do it.
but willpower isn't really something you can 'build' per se.
its like being creative. its something thats there, and something you can force... but the thing about willpower is that its the ability to force.
if you want more will power, all you have to do is have some.
if you want to try slowly escalating scale, do that. think about what you need to do, and make a schedule.

>someone gives you a real response
>responds with 'bump'
why would anyone want to give you advice if you dont even respond?

I actually wanted to respond to them, but i guess things just went full benis :~D

Willpower is a meme, you have it if you believe that you do. You don't have it if you think that you don't. So all you need is to bullshit yourself into thinking that you have it.
Accomplishing shit that seemed unlikely and hard helps you with that. To accomplish shit, you need to try shit, and accept that you will fail sometimes.
To be satisfied with yourself, you have to become the very best version of yourself, which is again down to accomplishing shit all the time.

Now that i think of it, that actually is true.
