Anybody here have a small penis?

My penis is less than 1" flaccid. It doesn't have enough length to 'tuck' in on one side or the other, so it just sort of sticks out, in the middle. It's really uncomfortable, as the tip of my dick will get pressed against my zipper and the seams of my pants.

What're some effective solutions to this problem?
