How am I supposed to break up with an Internet "girlfriend"?
There's a girl in a foreign country who is obsessed with me...I lost interest a long time (months) ago, but I still talk with her and tell her I love her because I don't want her to be sad and I'm afraid of confrontation.
Even today I told her I love her and in my head I was thinking "Jesus Christ this is pathetic."
How should I end this? I know it's as easy as blocking her, but I'd like to make it clear this should be final and such.

I wouldn't just ghost her and leave her hanging. Just give her the same old "I'm not ready for a relationship" or "It's not you it's me" crap. It doesn't really matter what you say, just so you let her know it's final.
