I recently met a woman who seems to check all the boxes on my list. She's cute, she's really smart, has a good job, she's fucking hilarious, amazing cook, shares a lot of common interests and we talk for hours about them, and even though we don't agree on some points, she doesn't get annoyed by my point of view. Hell, she even lives two hours away and I have no problems going to see her and she has no problems travelling to see me.
There's only one issue: I don't find her body to be sexually appealing.
My question is this: How do I push through the one issue I have with her and progress to a full relationship, considering she's already expressed interest in having a relationship.

physical attraction is such a big part of relationships and sex is really a bonding moment between two people who care for each other in a relationship, so if you're not attracted to her it will only lead to pain for both of you
on the other hand, if you truly do feel like you care for her, try to go on a run with her or go work out together (this will probably only be possible if you are already in a serious relationship with her though)

She exercises and eats well, but had a thyroid issue a few years ago, making it really hard for her to lose weight. Poor girl is on medication for the rest of her life. She actually used to be really slender.
