Talk to people at work. Join a gym. Do something, anything, outside of your house. And just talk. Don't expect anything, just talk.

Why would weed magically make you normal? Practice makes you improve, however. You suck at socialising because you never do it, you gotta find a way out of isolation to improve. I'd suggest seeking professional help to find healthy coping mechanisms and tips on improving.
