Okay, my friend just woke up and pissed on the floor of our newly renovated hotel room. Place REEKS of urine.
Of course, it's my credit card set up for incidentals, but I couldn't have imagined this kind of shit ever happening. What are the next steps? How do I mitigate this? How do I let the hotel know something happened and compensate them? I won't be paying for whatever happened, but does anyone know what I do next?
