I have knock knees. I also have OCD and recently I've been obsessing about my knees a lot and got some weird compulsions when I felt the need to check how bad my knees look when doing various things - which resulted in me spending every second moment standing on one leg, walking on my toes or going up and downstairs.
I'm afraid that the pressure I was exerting on my knees made my knock knees worse in just one week. Is that even possible? You can notice that I'm leaning to the right more in the recent photo. I took many pictures and it's all the same. I'm afraid this is because my left calf sticks out more.
Is it even possible for knock knees to visibly worsen over 1 week just by exerting pressure on them? My knees have been hurting a bit during that week.

tl;dr no, leaning on one side doesn't make your knees worse
it is perfectly natural to lean more on your dominant side, everyone does it, it is also why you tend to fall to one side or put a hand out first when you fall.
You aren't making anything worse, it is all in your head, stop being a bitch.

I meant that I'm leaning to one side as a result of knock knees being worse? I said I was doing all those compulsive things like standing on one leg, walking on tiptoes or up and down the stairs, this is what got me worried
However the difference is just 1 week so I guess it is indeed only in my head
