Can depression be fixed without professional help? I do everything

For the most part it's just how I feel. There are some specifics that make me feel shit but I feel like I'm disproportionally unhappy about them.

You probably have some chemical imbalance, so no. You need to see a psychiatrist and then take your meds. I know because we're both on the same boat.
