Lol you absolute moron. The owner will realize their card is missing and check to see if any charges have been made on it, they will see that some moron used it to buy soda with it at a physical location that can be easily traced.

And almost every gas station has a camera, even the most run down ones have to have one, it's policy.

The owner can either choose to call his bank and freeze the card, or call the cops and try and find the crook, especially if the crook keeps making more unwarranted purchases.

If this is not bait OP, then you are already found out but not fucked. If you only bought a soda then its not the end of the world. Go to the bank where the credit card is from, if they have a building you can walk into, and tell them that you found the card and bought a soda with it because you were thirsty and didnt have any money. Bank will realize its NOT theft or fraud since its such a small amount and not malicious.
