I'm facing the same problem, and I absolutely can't get stressed, my sanity depends on it. Should I stop working and learning things because they make me stressed? I'm confused about it. I wonder if by doing therapy these activities would stop stressing me out.

Its okay , you will have alot of free time later. In my last year at high school I used to study for 10 hours a day . Now, all I do is just switch between Netflix and sleeping.
