Depends what your race is. I had a beard when I was 16 but I'm white. If you are asian or have shit genes it will take longer to grow one.

It happens. My father was able to grow his first beard at 38. I'll likely have it by 30 bc I shave every day to strenghten it.
It doesn't have anything to do with masculinity. We're from a former miner family, I'm tall and have broad shoulders with naturally bulging muscles, yet, babyface.
