I dunno, but you don't need actual evidence to diagnose yourself with conditions. Do it anyway, and then start a tumblr blog about it.

Though it might be easier to diagnose yourself with something that doesn't manifest physically, it'll be harder for people to call you out on your bullshit excuse that way.
