I've Been doing crossfit for a couple a week and it's a hobby that I've started to enjoy.But the embarrassing moment happened when I was warming up with he group I was in and we had to do Lunges , so halfway through I start farted like twice in a row . I've started to get Vietnam style flashbacks from that incident what should I do ?

you have two options: be embarrassed and eventually quit going. or own the shit out of it. "hey, what can you do", *shit-eating grin*.
I'd opt for the latter. some guy somewhere just murdered someone and some asshole somewhere just stole his blind mother's social security check to pay for his oxy. you passed gas while bettering yourself.
