Is it weird if I add the hot girl from work on facebook? I don't think she has any friends from work on there but I have a bunch of FB friends from work.
I've been there for like a year and a half, she's been there for a few months. I don't know what's socially acceptable. Sometimes she smiles at me and acts really enthusiastic with me but she probably smiles at everyone.

My sister got added by a guy at work and it upset her. She accepted it because girls avoid confrontation, but she thinks he's creepy now. Just go talk to her, don't try to approach her through social media.

Not OP, but why is this creepy? I thought everyone on facebook added everyone else on facebook. I add random people from my school all the time. Girls, guys, everyone.
