I deleted a bunch of people from facebook for my mental health. Anyone from mildly annoying to the absolute worst was deleted.

One of the mildly annoying messaged me asking why i deleted her.

I don't want to tell them I'm annoyed by them but I dont want to add them either. what do?

Right now she feels extremely targeted, as if she was the only person you deleted.

Just be honest:

"Hey, I removed a bunch of people from my facebook because the info feed was getting too busy, people keep telling me I'm too distracted and this is kind of a way of helping with that, you can still mail me though for stuff, it was just getting too intense."
