I have a really bad stress/anxiety/social disorder, where when things become too overwhelming for me I have this tick where I howl like a walrus. It gets very awkward in situations where I'm around a lot of people. Yesterday at work I had lunch in my car and was having another panic attack. I let out a large belt of a whale that echoed through the parking structure. Security drove their cart as fast as they could to my car to see if I was okay... it was really embarrassing and I want it to stop, I don't think I can do this anymore.
How can I control my howls?
