How into anger management on my own? I need to become a master of my own fate.

You have no power over your life
It can be ended by anyone at any moment
>>17725820
It'll end sooner if I keep angering people

Well, I know for a fact that being mindful of your emotions helps you keep them in check and allows you to take steps to prevent them from escalating or otherwise inconveniencing you

If it was that easy I would have done it already. Any techniques on training mindfulness?

What little I know:
It's generally wise to withdraw from aggravating situations or avoid them if at all possible.
Do NOT act out the anger, you'll burn out sooner than the anger will.
If someone tries to provoke you, do not respond in kind but attempt to maintain a neutral tone.
If you're feeling frustrated, take a moment and think on how you can approach the situation differently.
And last, you can relapse, but only by surrendering can you really fail.

Thanks. Some guy recommended me meditation too. You know anything on that?

Sorry, I know nothing on the subject.

Ok. Thanks for the help on the mindfulness at least :)
Bumping. Hoping someone can tell me about their experiences.
