1.make your roommate buy you food. He's the one who gave your food away in the first place.
2.if 1 fails steal your roommate's food instead.
3.if step 1 and 2 fails eat your roommate.

Ask people around to lend you $20 or something, there really is no reason for you to stay that way, I think being retarded is your biggest problem and not really a complete inability to obtain food somehow even homeless people don't die of hunger.
