Look up some of Seattle's gun shows -- gun expo type stuff where there are booths or whatever. They usually sell guns under the table in these sorts of events. Lots of companies and brands selling there, but you'll want to look for individual sellers, the type that would sell some older type 'replica' that is fully functional, of course.
