I think I have aspergers. Every sign points to it. I'm terrified

if you made it this far in life without ebing diagnosed than you dont have it. there is no cure and while they do offer therapies, they do box you in.

if you think you need counseling to get through life, get some without bringing up aspergers.

but dont go and get diagnosed, because then you'll use that as an excuse.

Is there somebody underneath me, deep down inside, being sculpted by aspergers, or are people only ever their resultant sculpture? Is there a pure internal self, independent from one's neuroticisms?

On the other hand, knowing one way or the other can open doors to treatment/counseling/life choices that will be best for you.

thought the same, went to get it checked, turns out, the descriptions on most online and offline resources I have read are damn bad worded.

I have most of the signs of aspergers, bad socialisation, bad handwriting, thinking people are kind of random in their reactions, bad with emotions and emotional beeings. Yet thats only what follows aspergers, and not Asperger itself.

Do you have meltdowns?

Aspergers/Autists have meltdowns, because they lack the ability to keep themselves out of for them harmfull situations and need to learn to follow basic rules and solve problems in a way, that avoids meltdowns.

Along with other things, only 30% of those that seek a diagnosis get the diagnosis.
