I've been on dates with 5 different girls in the past month (5th tonight) and I'm starting to feel like a man whore. It's almost like I have no self control; I meet a girl, think she's cute, and the next day I'll end up having a date with her without stopping to think about it. Is this okay? How do I stop myself from doing this?

I would recommend you delving into a hobby, or an interest that you have. You make female friends the same way you make male friends. Through shared interests and experiences.
If you like food, go to some cooking classes and join a recipe sharing group.
If you like cars, go to car-shows and chat up people at the events.

The reason you go on a date is to get to know someone and see if you CAN form a meaningful relationship. I don't think it's wrong to go on a lot of dates...after a certain point you might just want to think about focusing on yourself though.
