So I think I have the very beginnings of some athlete's foot.
Not a huge deal, I'll get some antifungal.
My question I can't seem to find an answer to is this:
Can I re-infect myself from bedding/bathroom/etc? Do I need to go crazy bleaching my bathroom and super hot washing all my sheets? What about my shoes?

The answer to all those questions is yes. I think that you can spray the anti-fungal in there to kill the infection, but I'm not sure. I do know that you need to sterilize your shower and bathroom floor, and replace all your socks.

Do you have a prehensile and opposible big toe?

you could but skin has pretty good natural defense after it has healed.
Shoes and dirty bathroom floor are probably the easiest ones to fix. Just wash your bathroom floor and let your shoes properly dry or wash and dry them if that's an option.
You don't neccessarily even need to get antifungal creams, soaking in a light mixture of vinegar and water twice a day for 15 minutes for 3 days did the trick for me. Easy to do when just sitting on computer.

Yeah that's athletes foot. I've had it since i was a kid. Just don't scratch it, pick at it, and it won't bother you more than flaky skin. It never truly ever goes away but it isn't an issue at all unless you decide to scratch it in which case its FUKKIN ORRIBLE
