Hey anon, I had the same issue some months ago, Aspirin forte used to help me a lot but my main issue with daily headaches at night was my diet, basically I was eating/drinking too much salty and sweet stuff. Like the other anon said try drinking nothing but water for some days and see if it gets better, if you smoke that can also be making it worse.

And yeah stop googling symptoms, everything there is always cancer and tumours. I was freaking about brain tumors too when I had those daily headaches, I recently had another freak out because I was feeling a lot of pressure and numbness on my forehead but it turned out to be just a sinus infection with pretty much no symptoms besides that.

Yeah man my advice would be try OTC stuff. You can take 800mg ibuprofen and 1000mg Tylenol at the same time. Just don't mix ibuprofen with another NSAID. Also caffeine helps headaches. Could be a neck issue. The likely hood of you having a brain tumor is really really low don't stress.
