HAY, /adv/. My friend has a job interview soon and he's a fucking degenerate who won't listen to my advice. Let him know what areas he could improve on. He's applying to a call center.
>applying to a call center
Can he speak?
can he use a computer?
Nothing else is needed.
>my friend
You already know what must be done.
>cut your hair
>shave off your neckbeard
>start hitting the gym
And dress appropriately. If you don't have a suit at least get some formal pants and shirt.

Really? Is it that simple?

Even if you don't belive me; give me a specific haircut/dress style that will complement this fat faggot.
For a call center he'll be just fine.
I mean, he wont get any hotline bing of course, but he'll get the job.

I'm not an expert in /fa/, but he should strive to look presentable for the interview, if nothing else.
So clean shaved, Hair cut short (3-6) and uniformly, nothing fancy. Dress in suit (it hides away the fat to some extent) or formal shirt and pants like pic related.
Regarding what other anons say, yeah, getting a job in call center is really easy, it's pretty much a small step above burger flipping, but this doesn't mean he can go however he wants and get the job. If he looked like pic related and acted like an autist he won't get the job, unless they're really short on staff (well, I guess call centers are pretty often short on staff, but he still shouldn't go looking like that. Sure way to make a bad first impression).

>He's applying to a call center.
He isn't trying to work in a gym, in a shop's customer service section or anything customer facing is he?
Call centers hire people with face tattoos and gauges, literally the only requirement is that you can get dressed, don't have BO your neighbour can smell and that you can talk.
Outfit is fine for such a shit job.
He NEEDS TO CUT HIS HAIR
For anything.
Badly.
It looks like shit
Make sure to wear dress shoes as well as a nice outfit. My friend almost got turned away from call center because he was too poor for nice shoes at the time. Maybe a hair cut as well and a good shave.

Shit (((your friend))) looks like a complete slob.

>Do I look professional?
Absolutely not; tucking in a polo shirt is a far fucking cry from professional attire. He's got to put on an actual button-up shirt, MAYBE even a tie and/or jacket. Doesn't have to be a full suit but a blazer/sports coat would do wonders to hide that ridiculous gut. As a rule of thumb, always dress for the position above what you're applying for.
Due do his bloated under-chin, there is no way to make the facial hair look presentable, so it's got to be shaved off. Also, long hair doesn't work for anyone unless they've got nice facial features, and this fucker looks like a seal. Cut the sides close and leave it a little long on top and it will give the illusion that his head isn't so wide.
His hand look nice though, so he's not a complete loss. Everything else is a serious problem though. I would say he needs to work out or diet, but he's probably already aware his body looks like shit.

Sadly, call centers don't really care what you look like.
My kid brother looks like a mexican version of this guy and dresses like a sadboi.
He makes a decent living at a call center.
