Well, my idea about having a serious relationship is to have it be a test for marriage, which means finding someone who has your best in their mind and vice versa. And yes, sex is a thing that will come from having someone you genuinely care for. But don't forget that too much can kill a relationship. But basically you shouldn't ask us what you should do, ask your partner. She\He if they're serious too, should be more than willing to talk to you about what you guys wanna do.

we're staving off sex for a little bit but we'be gotten intimate with kissing and similar things. we kind of talked about what we wanted to do and i said that i wouldn't mind having big extravagant dates sometimes and having a night watching movies sometimes too. enjoying each other's company is important to me as much as what we do.

A lot of it is just like a friendship, to be honest. With a lot more kissing though.
