How do I raise my self-worth to a healthy level without a significant other or friends?
Work out. Volunteer to help others frequently. Make a life plan with small achievable steps to who you want to be and cross one off every day

Not OP but I like this idea
That's a slow method that requires lots of devotion and effort. Never worked for me. What I recommend is that you do something bananas. Do something you always wanted to do or just do whatever pops into your head that you think you can accomplish. I was sad and miserable for years until one day I decided I had to leave. I drove across country living in my car until I went broke then I figured something out. Best thing I ever did. It didn't fix me forever but now I have a neat story people love to hear and something to be proud of.

This is a great start.
Build the life you want to have, OP. Set small goals and always be working towards them.
Establish or reestablish relationships with people you love and people who can help you. Appreciate your family and friends, and deemphasize the people who are not beloved or helpful in your life.
Make time and a place inside yourself to develop faith.
Make your mind into a fortress and a weapon. Become better at things and good with your hands and head. Take time to help others and be available for those who need you.
We attract like-minded people. Make yourself dynamic, fun and content, build a life you can be proud of and take deep enjoyment from, and you will attract people of a similar quality.

This, but the opposite. If you're going to do something intense, do something of value. Driving a car until you can't drive the car is not exactly aiming high. Low-hanging fruit at best.
