How do I be less retarded?

So I was put in a special ed classes in middleschool for my increasing adhd. Been put on pills for a little bit (got taken off for acting like a meth head), and I was put in iep classes in highschool (only learned algebra 1). I currently in community college now (taking one useless music program) and I have no idea what I want to do in life. I've been thinking engineering but I really don't think I should considering i'm this retarded. Aerospace manufacturing? Or maybe network technology. I live NW United States, currently 18.

When I was a kid I was on adhd meds and antidepressants I became depressed more to the fact that I needed them to function so I stopped taking them and sacked the fuck up, fast forward a few years, had $22,000 in student debt and no job, I decided to join the military but was fat, I then turned around and lost 75lb to be able to join.

The moral of the story is only self hate can make you change into what you wanna be.
