Any tips on how to sing better? I think my voice is alright

Try anticipating the higher note before it comes. So you don't havr to be super quick and you are already there. It helps if you know the song.

Have you tried singing fucking loudly! Also more guitars! FUCKING LOUD, EVERYTHING!!!
It works for me, I can't sing, but we make fine hard rock/metal covers
You can also sing blues, nobody gives a crap about blues voices as long as it is passionate and meant.

Go to a professional and have them figure out your vocal range

Take singing lessons. It makes a difference when there's an actual professional telling you what you're doing wrong and what to do to improve.
