Really, you probably just need more in-person social interaction. Join a club/team at your local school. Make yourself uncomfortable.

I may not be useful, but you can accept you are just a human being. If you really like the feeling of getting attention, maybe you will do fine if you get out more and do more friends or rather get out with your already made friends. You just need more real life human interaction, in my own point of view, I may be wrong, but do as you please.

You're an adolescent, and you're insecure. It's perfectly normal. Focus on being good at something and finding your place. One you have a good set of friends and something you can offer to others that they value other than being whore, confidence will come with it.
