I use to be a social retard like you and thought that I couldn't control anything. It's not even major things I'm getting wrong. Here I'll greentext a small interaction so you get a better idea:

Just small things like that and then after a little while everyone acts really cold and just gives me one-word replies and generally act in a way that makes it really hard to socialize with them. Especially if you have a hard time socializing in general.
