Basically I am pretty sure my mom is bipolar. She has crazy mood swings and seems to be in denial of her own behavior. She's also really addicted to this iphone game quiz up. I'm a teen girl btw and earlier she attacked me after I told her that we can all see her deteriorating and that she needs to get help. She punched my hand so hard that I can't move my thumb at all.

Idk what to do about this situation and I do not want to be in her presence any longer. I am sick of being in such a dysfunctional family. My dad thinks she's insane as well.
Any thoughts?
