This may sound wierd, but I'm 20 and my chronic fatigue/ terrible mood oly goes away when I take a seniors multivitamin (Equate) for a few days. Other multivitamins just dont help. Is it dangerous for me to do this?
do you even know what a multivitamin is?

then you should be able to identify the ingredients that differ between the two and take it, or continue with the multivitamin that works for you.
>For a few days
>Changed my chronic fatigue and mood
That's not how supplements work, especially not multivitamins. You're almost certainly experiencing the placebo effect
Also as someone who has sold a number of supplements online, never buy supplements online. They're poor quality at best, extremely dangerous at worst, including death.

To answer your specific question - no, a senior multivitamin can't hurt you.
But as another pointed out, it is almost certainly not the cause of your instant recoveries - unless you have a really serious deficiency of some vitamin, so that even a small dose helps you. It's worth getting a blood test to check if you are missing somethin essential. Otherwise, keep taking the vits - they may not help but they can't hurt, and they're cheap.
